The Louis Garneau Vorttice is arguably the most advanced aerodynamic helmet on the market today. Unlike any other aero helmet produced, it has a dimpled (think golf ball) technology beginning at the front of the helmet that causes air to flow more closely over the helmet. Once air hits the Ã¢â‚¬Å“Vortex GeneratorÃ¢â‚¬Â at the precipice of the helmet, the air is accelerated again, so it can glide along to the end of the helmet. This effectively eliminates a significant amount of air disturbance. Additionally a unique vent situated at the highest pressure point on the helmet directs airflow internally along 3 channels to keep the rider cool while simultaneously collecting and managing the airflow that is changing swirling around the front of the helmet. Essentially, as air is pushed in by the riders high speed, it wicks the heat produced from the cyclistÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s head out the exhaust ports in the rear. Wind tunnel tested with and without, the Vorttice lens (included with the helmet) integrates with the shape of the helmet to further improve aerodynamic performance and ventilation. With this helmet visor combo, any rider will find themselves going faster and expending less energy to do so.

For faulty products, Playtri - Dallas offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
